Nation Housing Co-operative Society Ltd was founded in March 2013 as a spin-off from Nation DT-Sacco Society Ltd. It was established to cater to the growing investment needs of members, offering opportunities for wealth creation and economic empowerment.
Today, NHCL welcomes both individual and group members, in line with our Membership Policy. We currently serve over 450 members across various sectors of the economy.
What We Do
We offer a wide range of investment opportunities, including:
- Buying and selling of land
- Value addition on land parcels
- Real estate development
- Trading in equity and money markets
Membership Requirements
To join Nation Housing Co-op Society Ltd, you must:
- Be a member of Nation DT-Sacco
- Purchase a minimum of 300 shares at Ksh 100 each
- Complete the registration form and submit a passport photo, a copy of your ID, a copy of your KRA PIN and proof of payment
